The Lab Street Eats Inc. Started with a dream and a food truck and was created with a desire to provide comfort food to great people! A family run biz with an urban vibe that will work hard to support local and give back to our surrounding community wherever possible. Whether it’s off The Lab Street Eats Food Truck or from the Lab Street Eatery you can be sure that the food falls Into the comfort category and drives a need to loosen the belt! We’re passionate about food and equally as passionate about customer service and ensuring every single customer leaves feeling a little more like family! We look forward to feeding you!! Having been in the industry, off and on, for 20 years, opening this restaurant has been a dream come true. To have a space that is so uniquely us, that people appreciate, and feel free to be themselves in, is an amazing feeling. Making food that gives people comfort and happiness, with the highest standard on quality, low waste, and keeping it local as much as possible, are very important. Getting to do all of this, with Michael, my Partner, has been an awesome and rewarding journey. To all that have shown their support, Thank You, we appreciate you!

With close to 2 decades of corporate experience and a passion for food, the time finally came to take some risks and jump in to the food scene! The love for food originally came from BBQ influences, and over the last couple years, a desire to create a space for the local community to enjoy some laughs, drinks, positive vibes and some pretty dope playlists became hard to ignore! Finally, with a little push from his partner in crime Cindy, they dove into the deep end and started building The Lab!
